Black Magic Mustang Adult - Adoption, Rescue for sale in Mechanicsville, Virginia

Black Magic came to the US Equine Rescue League in 2007. He was emaciated, and had been a free-roaming BLM mustang. After rehabilitation, he was placed with a foster where he got to live out his days as the feral animal he is. Magic will happily go into a stall to eat, but other than that he has had virtually no handling, and does not tolerate human contact. He's extremely intelligent and a stunning horse to see in life. Much larger than most mustangs.

He has maintained his wild spirit all these years, in part because of how he has been kept. Sadly, due to the increasing age of his current human foster, Magic will need to find another home. He is a special case because for him, less is more. He will never be considered a pet, but instead should be respected as the wild animal he is.
